INTERNATIONAL XANDEM RESELLER ANd DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION


If you seek to become an international distributor or reseller of XANDEM in your country, please read the following guidelines to help you understand how XANDEM approaches such agreements. Feel free to email your questions to info@xandem.com.

1. GET FAMILIAR WITH XANDEM

Before XANDEM can consider you as an international reseller, you must be as familiar with the product as possible. Read through our website and watch all videos. Read our developer documentation.

2. PURCHASE A EVALUATION KIT

XANDEM requires that all international resellers and distributors purchase an evaluation kit. Each kit contains both a PRO-15 and PRO-10 system with the option of either DC-wired nodes (can be used with batteries), or plug-in nodes.

Price of evaluation kit: $2290 + shipping

3. USE AND TEST THE PRODUCT

After receiving your evaluation kit, install and test the systems in detail. We will not be able to have further discussions with you about distribution until we are confident that you have used and understand the product in detail.

4. PRESENT A PROPOSAL

After you are completely familiar with XANDEM, have tested and evaluated the product, you can begin to form a distribution proposal to XANDEM. Typical discounts that we can provide will range anywhere from 25% - 40% off our prices, depending on volume and your sales commitment schedule. If you are seeking exclusive distribution in your area of the world, you will be required to commit to an initial purchase order upon execution of an agreement.

Each proposal must include:

  • Information about your company including number of employees, typical revenue, etc
  • Other products and services that you already sell
  • Whether you are seeking an exclusive distribution deal or not
  • A proposal for initial purchase order size and sales schedule
  • A plan on how you intend to reach your sales schedule
  • A discussion on any neccessary milestones and certifications that may be required for your country

XANDEM will evaluate each proposal and the exact terms of any potential agreement on a case-by-case basis. Please be realistic with your numbers in your proposal. We will not discriminate against good proposals if the plan is reasonable and solid.
